Lead and deliver Life Sciences R&D technology projects for biopharma/biotech clients, helping them get therapies to patients faster by designing and deploying R&D solutions. Provide R&D technology subject matter expertise in areas such as EDC, CDMS, and RIM, and advise on how to become data-driven, AI-enabled organizations. Oversee definition of IT roadmaps, assess current technology footprints, and design/implement R&D systems to achieve future state. Build client relationships, coach junior team members, pursue business development opportunities, and contribute to Accenture’s thought leadership.

You Are:
An R&D expert with an in-depth understanding of how business, technology and operations intersect. You’ve got the know-how to help our biopharmaceutical and/ or biotechnoloy clients design, build and deploy solutions to help them get the right therapies to patients faster. You get a sense of quiet satisfaction from using your analytical talents to solve problems in new and creative ways. Plus, you always find a way to explain those ideas, thanks to above average communications and interpersonal skills.
The Work (Role Responsibility):
Help clients, and other organizations in the broader healthcare ecosystem, get the right therapies to patients faster
Assess and improve R&D processes and their underlying technology platforms
Provide R&D technology subject matter expertise in areas such as EDC, CDMS, RIM, etc
Advise clients on how they can shape the next generation of technology capabilities to become data-driven, AI enabled organizations
Typical projects consist of definition of a IT roadmap, assessment of current technology footprint and/ or design and implementation of R&D systems to achieve a desired future state.
Build relationships with client stakeholders that help Accenture become a trusted partner
Coach junior team members
Spot and pursue business development opportunities
Develop Accenture’s thought leadership in sales, marketing, and customer experience
