Support delivery of enterprise asset management (EAM) transformation initiatives for Utilities clients, including transmission and distribution organizations. Contribute to assessments, planning, design, and implementation of asset management and work management solutions, and help translate client challenges into actionable recommendations. Apply emerging technologies, analytics, and automation to improve asset performance, develop trusted client and internal team relationships, and contribute to strategy and implementation deliverables, with travel as needed. Open to Consultants (minimum 3 years) or Managers (minimum 5 years) in major US cities near Accenture offices.

You Are:
A utility industry professional with experience supporting digital transformation and enterprise asset management initiatives within transmission and distribution environments. You bring curiosity, analytical thinking, and a strong foundation in utility processes such as asset health, maintenance, and lifecycle performance. You are interested in applying new technologies — including data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions — to help utilities modernize how they manage assets and improve operational outcomes.
You enjoy working collaboratively to solve complex problems and are eager to grow your consulting skills by supporting both strategic initiatives and delivery execution. You are comfortable working alongside clients and cross-functional teams, contributing ideas, structuring analysis, and helping drive solutions forward. You are motivated to continuously learn, expand your technical and industry knowledge, and develop into a future leader within the Utilities consulting space.
The Work:
Support delivery of enterprise asset management (EAM) transformation initiatives for Utilities clients, including transmission and distribution organizations
Contribute to assessments, planning, design, and implementation of asset management and work management solutions
Help analyze client challenges and translate them into actionable recommendations and business outcomes
Work closely with senior team members to deliver functional and technology solutions aligned to utilities asset lifecycle management
Apply emerging technologies, analytics, and automation concepts to improve asset performance and maintenance strategies
Develop trusted working relationships with clients and internal teams, contributing to collaborative problem solving
Support development of presentations, analyses, and deliverables for both strategy and implementation efforts
Continuously build industry and technical expertise while progressing toward leadership responsibilities
Ability to travel for client work as needed
Please note, we are open to hiring either Consultants (minimum of 3 years of experience), or Managers (with a minimum of 5 years of experience). We are open to hiring in most major cities across the US, that are near to an approved Accenture corporate office.
