THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn new technologies and a collaborative mindset to enable key application solutions in a team environment. Effective communication with multi-functional teams and executive management is essential, along with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a constantly evolving technology landscape. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: End-to-end application and feature development. Solution development with a production end-state in mind. Own new features from design to production release. Work closely with architects and domain experts to deliver appropriate technical solutions. Review code and provide peer feedback. Participate and lead Agile backlog grooming, story creation, and sizing. Guide a team of peer data scientists on technical and project related activities. Interact professionally with business partners, external partners and key contacts. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated record of development and implementation of advanced Data Science analytics solutions. Experience with one of the major cloud platforms. Practical experience in the entire software lifecycle - Gathering requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Maintenance. Experience in operational functions like product development, supply chain and/or manufacturing. Experience with Python, SQL and Java.
