SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end software solutions, including both front-end and back-end systems, that are critical to the success of our products and platforms. You will work on complex, novel, and non-recurring problems, influencing technical decisions that have a significant impact on the final product. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable and efficient full-stack software solutions for complex systems and platforms. Build and maintain robust front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and technologies. Develop and optimize back-end services, APIs, and databases to ensure high performance and reliability. Integrate AI and machine learning models, including LLMs and Agents, into software solutions to enhance functionality and performance. Solve challenging technical problems using innovative approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software requirements. Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software deliverables across the stack. Contribute to the architecture and design of software systems, including front-end and back-end components. Influence technical decisions and provide guidance to junior engineers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. Generate technical documentation and publications relevant to areas of expertise. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Master’s degree or a Ph.D. also can apply. Technical Expertise: Mastery of principles of full-stack software design, development, and optimization. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C++. Experience in AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents. Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development and code management. Knowledge of hardware-software interaction is a plus. Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and mentor others. Preferred Experience: Overall experience sought is about 5-8 years after Graduation Experience in developing software for embedded systems. Familiarity with API development, system software architecture, and block diagrams. Contributions to technical publications or presentations at conferences.
