Join Allianz Partners as a Junior Fraud Analyst responsible for investigations related to 24/7 assistance using advanced BI tools and pattern-detection algorithms. You will compile investigation dossiers, extract and automate reports with BI insights, and feed processed data back into systems to prevent future fraud and generate predictive alerts. The role involves identifying process gaps with analytical models, proposing improvements to processes or systems, and ensuring BI solutions integration through dashboards. You will support fraud prevention with machine learning tools, update area indicators, and deliver reports with strategic insights; experience in investigations and fraud prevention is required, with knowledge of BI, predictive analytics, and AI tools preferred.

Atividades:
- Realizar investigações relacionadas à assistência 24 horas utilizando ferramentas avançadas e algoritmos de BI para detecção de padrões suspeitos;
- Confecção de dossiês das investigações com suporte de soluções inteligentes para análise de dados;
- Extração e elaboração de relatórios automatizados com insights gerados por BI;
- Retroalimentar sistemas com dados processados por BI para evitar novas fraudes e gerar alertas preditivos;
- Identificar falhas nos processos com auxílio de modelos analíticos para prevenção/mitigação de fraudes;
- Propor mudanças e melhorias em processos ou sistemas com base em análises inteligentes;
- Acompanhar e validar melhorias solicitadas garantindo integração com soluções de BI;
- Recuperar, prevenir e evitar valores de fraudes com apoio de ferramentas de machine learning;
- Atualizar indicadores da área com dashboards inteligentes;
- Realizar reports com insights estratégicos.
Requisitos:
- Experiência com investigações e metodologias de prevenção a fraudes (diferencial se for no ramo de seguros, principalmente assistência 24 horas);
- Experiência em análise de documentos;
- Desejável conhecimento ou interesse em ferramentas de BI, análise preditiva e automação de processos.
- Conhecimentos em:
- Inteligência Artificial (Generativa) ou GenAI ou IA;
- Análise de Dados;(Microsoft) Copilot;
- ChatGPT;
- Compreensão dos princípios de IA ética para garantir o uso responsável e justo das tecnologias de IA.
