As a dedicated Conversational AI Solution Specialist, you will oversee the efficient operation and performance improvement of Conversational AI (CAI) solutions in our Latin America region made up of Brazil and Columbia. You’ll support the deployment of new solutions, addressing technical issues, managing risks, and offering first-line support for incidents and bug resolution.

This is position offers a 2-day per week in office hybrid work schedule from our office located at Rua José Versolato, 101 – Torre A| Centro, São Bernardo do Campo – SP/ Brasil

Qualified candidates must currently reside within commuting distance or be willing and able to relocate themselves. Candidates must already have the legal right to work (e.g., Brazilian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa). Visa sponsorship is not available.

 

 

What you will do

 

  • Identify new CAI solutions by assessing local requirements and limitations.
  • Analyze potential solution improvements and secure stakeholder approvals.
  • Prepare rollouts with privacy impact assessments, gap analyses, and requirement updates.
  • Localize and configure global CAI assets to meet local needs.
  • Optimize Natural Language Processing (NLU) structure and train intent recognition.
  • Collect training data, assess risks, and communicate with the CAI Regional Lead.
  • Stage, deploy, and test CAI solutions per best practices.
  • Conduct functional, UAT, and performance testing for continuous improvement.
  • Adapt and implement local CAI KPIs, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Manage local access, infrastructure upgrades, and testing.
  • Oversee project timelines, milestones, and communication for rollouts.
  • Develop training materials and conduct agent training.
  • Support Go-Live processes and approval meetings.
  • Open and manage incident resolutions as needed.

 

 

What you will bring

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Or equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience
  • Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Linguistics are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI, NLP, and LLM
  • Experience with Agentic AI preferred
  • Proven experience with conversational AI, including building and deploying chatbots and virtual assistants.
  • Familiarity with CAI frameworks like STT, TTS, SSML, and NLP.
  • Hands-on experience with CAI software (e.g., Infobip or Cognigy) preferred but not required.
  • High problem solution competencies, including data analytics and skills to analyze CAI solutions and underlying business processes to derive potential improvements.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or Python is helpful but not required.
  • Experience in multicultural teams and IT organizations.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Multilingual-- Fluent in English and Portuguese with basic Spanish speaking skills
