JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
The candidate will support the identification of opportunities to apply AI and automation in the company’s processes, definition of the AI strategy and roadmap, and assessment of business cases. She/he will also coordinate with business stakeholders the execution of AI & automation projects end‑to‑end—from concept to delivery and adoption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Co‑define the corporate Data & AI strategy and multi‑year roadmap.
• Evaluate business cases, assess feasibility, and prioritize initiatives based on expected value.
• Coordinate complex AI projects end‑to‑end.
• Drive alignment between business, IT, AI technical team, and international stakeholders.
• Define KPIs and methodologies to measure business value and track outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and co‑creation activities.
• Manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and communication flows.
• Promote responsible AI adoption and contribute to cultural transformation.
• Prepare strategic presentations and reporting for top management.
KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Computer Science (or STEM fields) or equivalent.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in consulting with proven track record of managing large-scale projects in Data & AI field within complex organization.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (generative AI, predictive models, LLMs) and IT landscape in general.
• Insurance industry knowledge would be a strong plus.
• Excellent requirements writing, process design, and user journey definition skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile and product management methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset, strong analytical abilities, and high autonomy.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
