Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Manage project streams and work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

For our Life and Asset Management Practice area, we are seeking a candidate who fulfills the following requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of work experience thereof minimum of 2 years in management consulting
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Expertise in project management and effective communication with stakeholders at various seniority levels
• Experience in defining digital business models, creating digital transformation roadmaps, or digitalization              
• Strong understanding of financial services, including key industry trends, regulatory challenges, and competitive dynamics
• Background in (Life) insurance or Asset Management is a plus
