Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a business role in the enterprise software, cloud space, or AI space.
  • Experience partnering with technical staff to build business cases and implementation plans.
  • Experience within the ecosystem of SAP.
  • Experience in business development, business, or account management driving customer adoption of solutions and delivering business growth in AI or related technology field.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with product teams, with an understanding of how to embed technology into the product set.
  • Experience in promoting the AI technology stack.
  • Experience working with and managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings.
  • Ability to drive business growth across a broad set of industry-specific AI/ML use cases.
  • Ability to connect AI/ML with business value and engage executive stakeholders as an advisor and thought leader.

About the job

In this role, you will help us grow our AI business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will work with customers to deliver true business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases. This will include a combination of productivity use cases, as well as working with product teams to help our customers build new products leveraging our AI solutions. You will lead day-to-day relationships with cross-functional team members and external customers, leading with empathy, while identifying innovative ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole to drive overall value for Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Calibrate the business against the objectives and key results. Forecast and report the status of the business for the territory.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI subject matter expert, influence long-term direction for new and existing customers as well as the Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and Customer Engineers (CEs).
  • Assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
  • Develop and execute account plans, including a broader enterprise plan across key verticals.
  • Work with Google account and technical teams to develop and drive pipelines, and provide expertise. Execute go-to-market (GTM) business plays and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) partners.
