Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or machine learning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 8 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
- Experience with the domain area of generative AI or large language models (LLM).

As the Product Manager, you will lead the expansion of the AI search platform into new modalities, with a focus on video. You will define the ideas for how agents process and reason over video to solve enterprise problems. Working at the intersection of core retrieval and multi-modal understanding, you will ensure the infrastructure scales to meet the demands of the next generation of AI applications.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define the roadmap for bringing video and other media into the core engine.
- Partner with engineering to build infrastructure, enabling agents to reason over visual content with high precision.
- Drive the convergence of disparate ideas and retrieval stacks into a single, cohesive platform that serves as a universal retrieval layer for both internal applications and external developers.
- Define how the search engine surfaces insights from media to power autonomous agent actions.
- Work with partner teams to ensure multi-modal APIs are intuitive, enabling developers to build the next generation of AI applications.
