Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Experience with networking, network architecture, networking protocols, and software architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience with product management, with a focus on cloud networking.
- 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, cloud networking, and cloud computing business.

This role sits at the unique intersection of traditional network monitoring and disruptive AI/ML technology, leveraging AI to provide actionable insights directly to customers. This is an opportunity to guide a product from concept to launch, connecting technical complexity with business value at a scale unique to Google.
In this high-impact role, you will lead the evolution of Network Observability in an agentic world. This role requires managing/expanding an existing network observability product offering and launching new AI-powered observability products beyond the metrics/logs.

Responsibilities
- Understand the Cloud Networking product portfolio and customers’ network deployment journeys to select the most critical problems to be solved with AI/ML capabilities.
- Apply AI/ML capabilities across the large set of telemetry/logs to derive actionable network traffic insights across anomaly detection and log analysis. Integrate these insights/recommendations so customers can get accurate, actionable network intelligence.
- Understand competitive observability products/recommendation engines and how we compare against them.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Engineering, Marketing, and UX to build multi-year roadmaps that intersect our existing products, customer needs, and long-term trends in AI/ML capabilities.
- Serve as the thought leader for creating and applying specialized AI/LLM models towards solving complex networking infrastructure deployment and management workflows.
