Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience programming in C++ and SQL.
- 3 years of experience with one or more of the following: reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with Deep Learning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with ML model fine-tuning, evaluation, and performance optimization for user-facing systems.

Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand issues and translate them into effective solution designs, partnering with Product, UX, and other engineering teams.
- Identify new areas of improvement and drive a roadmap for new initiatives.
- Develop, test, and monitor scalable, and reliable web solutions that meet business needs.
