Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in Python or Java.
- 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging).
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Cloud Computing Platform, GCP, ) and MLOps practices.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
- Experience deploying AI solutions for enterprise applications through Generative AI, Large Language Models, natural language processing or agent-based systems.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.

In this role, you will drive business transformation through "Google-on-Google" AI. Your primary mission is to establish Gemini Enterprise as a daily internal habit for all clouds by building a secure, and highly useful ecosystem of AI Agents. You will own the technical direction for agent development, infrastructure integration, and the evolution of GCBP's Gemini Enterprise instances.
In this role, you will navigate the technical landscape, balancing needs for dedicated, high-security instances with the long-term goal of migrating to a shared multi-tenant platform. You will influence beyond yourself, setting priorities for AI workstreams and acting as a critical point of contact for cross-functional partners.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Design and build sophisticated AI Agents that connect to critical internal systems such as salesforce vector, cloud connect, and oreo to automate business workflows.
- Develop and maintain the CI/CD processes necessary for autonomous agent deployment and management, reducing central bottlenecks and enabling rapid iteration for stakeholder teams.
- Build and optimize data pipelines to track individual agent performance and user-level analytics, providing actionable insights that the default Google Cloud Platform (GCP) console currently lacks.
- Mentor engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and help set the technical standards for the GCBP AI ecosystem to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
