The GenAI Experiences Demo Architect leads the design and delivery of industry-grade GenAI demonstrations at the AWS GenAI Experience Center, educating customers and partners on AI technologies and business value. You will build and present hands-on demonstrations, adapt tours to customer industry, and collaborate with cross-Amazon teams to keep demonstrations ready and capture feedback. You’ll serve as demo creator, storyteller, and customer advocate, generating pipeline opportunities for AWS and partners while guiding customers through AI transformation in financial services, public sector, and healthcare contexts.
You will educate customers and partners on AI technologies transforming industries—financial services, public sector, and healthcare across automated reasoning, physical AI digital solutions, regulatory compliance, and advanced analytics. You will build high-quality demonstrations, provide technical guidance to activate solutions, and offer hands-on architectural guidance for customer projects involving AWS services and ISV/partner solutions.
As the primary guide for customers visiting the GenAI Experience Center, you will deliver compelling tours that translate technical capabilities into business value. You will present demonstrations in one-on-one and group settings, adapting your approach based on customer industry, technical background, and business objectives. You will facilitate hands-on experiences with our rotating showcase of pan-Amazon innovations and partner solutions.
You'll collaborate with cross-Amazon teams to develop outcome-based solutions for strategic opportunities and work with partner teams to maintain demonstration readiness and gather customer feedback. Your insights will inform future demonstration development and identify follow-up engagement opportunities.
In this role, you'll serve as demo creator, storyteller, presenter, and customer advocate creating memorable experiences that drive meaningful conversations about AI transformation and generate pipeline opportunities for AWS and our partners.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience- 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- 2+ years of hands on experience with Python to build, train, and evaluate models
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies- Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre-sales environments
- degree in advanced technology
- AWS Professional level certification
- Knowledge of deep learning, machine learning and statistics
- Experience building generative AI applications on AWS using services such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
