Amazon ICQA is seeking an ICQA Research Analyst to join the Inventory Control / Quality Assurance team. The role involves analyzing inventory and warehouse data to improve accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience across fulfillment operations. The candidate will work with large datasets, develop insights and dashboards using Excel/Microsoft Office, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced warehousing environment. A Bachelor's degree and strong Excel skills are required; customer-facing warehousing or logistics experience is a plus.
