Amazon Quick is seeking an experienced ML Data Ops Manager to lead a data operations team supporting machine learning initiatives across the Quick Suite. You will manage data associates focusing on data quality, annotation workflows, and operational excellence, and build capabilities in data annotation, quality assessment, and workflows. The role involves defining performance metrics, providing leadership reporting, identifying data quality insights to drive improvements, and designing automation to improve efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of data associates supporting ML model development and evaluation.

Build team capabilities in data annotation, quality assessment, and operational workflows.

Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.

Provide regular reporting on data operations status to leadership.

Identify patterns and insights from data quality analysis to drive improvements.

Support MBR preparation with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Design and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
