Key job responsibilities
• Perform annotation-related tasks across ML data processing areas including audio, image, video, and text files by following defined instructions to collect accurate ground truth data for product development
• Execute structured, detail-oriented exercises based on evolving instructions while maintaining high quality standards using internal software tools and data capture systems
• Apply thoughtful language skills, grammar knowledge, and linguistic awareness to ensure generated text adheres to proper grammar, syntax, and appropriate language usage
• Understand and follow procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements for new tasks and releases while collaborating in data collection activities using provided scripts and instructions
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets efficiently by tracking task completion status using recommended tools and providing individual status reports
• Maintain high internal quality of processes by performing thoughtful quality audits and verification activities
• Capture and report results accurately, communicate issues effectively, and escalate concerns promptly through established channels
• Raise all questions, concerns, and issues related to execution through the designated portal and resolve them according to defined SLAs, while sharing relevant information with stakeholders through effective collaboration
• Take trustworthy ownership of daily targets and manage dependencies, both internal and external, to ensure timely completion
• Adhere to confidentiality and compliance requirements to ensure trustworthy and responsible handling of customer data
• Help test new SOPs and ML data tools while providing specific and timely feedback to improve existing processes and support consistent, high-quality results
• Follow organizational processes on a daily basis while meeting established productivity and quality expectations

Job Requirement:
• Flexible for rotational schedule/work area, including weekends and/or holidays
• Familiarity with US culture is added advantage

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Knowledge of advanced English language skills at CEFR level B2 (Intermediate) or C1 (Advanced)

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree or above in Computational Linguistics
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in ML Data operations
