Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Amazon Kids+ with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences across Fire tablets, Fire TV, Echo devices, and Kindle. Own customer-centric product development, analytics, and cross-functional partnerships to scale the product globally, maintain parent trust and safety, and collaborate with AI/ML teams on personalization and discovery.

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
