-End-to-end product strategy and roadmap with focus on exceptional user experiences

-Innovation in UI/UX across multiple devices and platforms

-Integration of age-appropriate GenAI capabilities

-Cross-device experiences that delight both kids and parents

-Customer-centric product development and optimization

Your Superpower Skills Should Include:
-Deep expertise in B2C product management

-Proven success in consumer UI/UX design and implementation

-Data-driven decision making and analytics

-Strong team leadership and stakeholder management

Key Impact Areas:
-Product experience and content strategy leadership

-PRFAQ development and product requirements

-AI/ML partnership for personalization and discovery

-Global product scaling with local market adaptation

-Performance metrics and content analytics

-Parent trust and safety features

Basic Qualifications

- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
