Lead end-to-end strategic programs in Amazon Advertising focused on AI, driving cross-functional delivery with engineering, product, GTM and Salesforce teams. Influence senior stakeholders, design scalable architectures, and define KPIs to measure program success. Own roadmap strategy and release coordination across global teams, ensuring scalable, data-driven decisions and impactful solutions. This role enables the Sales Tech AI tools powering Amazon's advertising partnerships worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with Amazon Advertising’s long-term business and technical goals.
• Stakeholder Influence: Partner with senior leaders, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, drive consensus, and deliver impactful solutions that scale globally.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with engineering, product, GTM, Salesforce administrators to design and implement scalable, and efficient system architectures.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Define KPIs and metrics to measure program success, identify areas for improvement, and provide transparent, actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the key connection point between engineering, business teams, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution.

The Advertising Sales Tech organization provides AI tools that enable these Sales teams to devote more time and focus to growing Amazon's advertising partnerships and less time on manual tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
