Lead the product vision and roadmap for agentic workflow tools that enable AI-powered analysis of multi-modal data (images, documents, video, audio, biometrics) to generate insights and automate downstream tasks. Collaborate with Applied Scientists, senior engineers, product managers, and operations to deliver tools that integrate into business workflows and drive adoption across sellers, buyers, and vendors. Own measurement, pilots, and executive-level prioritization, balancing feature delivery with tradeoffs to maximize impact at scale.

In this role, you'll define the product vision and roadmap for agentic workflow tools that revolutionize multimedia content understanding. This is a unique opportunity to build products that impact thousands of professionals while driving operational efficiency at scale.


Key job responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision

* Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic workflow tools designed for program managers
* Define and deliver AI-powered platforms that generate insights from multi-modal data and automate complex downstream tasks
* Establish clear perspectives on tool standardization and present learnings to senior leadership across multiple organizations

Stakeholder Collaboration

* Partner with and influence Applied Scientists, Senior Engineers, Product Managers, and Operations leaders to build solutions meeting business team needs
* Collaborate with applied science and engineering teams to deliver solutions that seamlessly integrate task-based AI tools with business-specific workflows
* Represent and advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Product Execution

* Compile and prioritize product requirements based on business needs and technical feasibility
* Create mechanisms to track and manage tool pilots across multiple teams with robust feedback loops
* Contribute to science and engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy

Measurement & Adoption

* Work with finance, business analysts, and business intelligence engineers to create methodologies and dashboards for measuring tool adoption
* Drive adoption of new tools across the organization
* Balance feature delivery with product tradeoffs to maximize impact


Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience with vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT or similar platforms in production environments, or experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization of model execution

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
