Amazon is seeking a Transportation Analyst to develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network for Drop-off and Customer Pickup Points and its sellers. The role involves working with large volumes of data, building dashboards, and using data-driven analysis to identify process improvements and expansion opportunities. You will extract and analyze data to generate reports, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement network changes.

Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network regarding Drop-off and Customer Pickup Points and its sellers. As a Transportation Analyst, you will have to:
• Manage strategic process to ensure business expansion
• Identify and execute process improvements with customer obsession and data-driven analysis
• Manage and analyze performance metrics;
• Work with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business;
• Work with business intelligence tools, access and working with big data from multiple sources, and partner with the business to identify strategic opportunities;
• Build dashboards that can assist the team in decision-making;
• Support Drop-off and Customer Pickup operations daily, identify improvement opportunities, and manage business improvements;
• Continuously seek to improve processes and unblock bottlenecks;
• Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Sellers, Customers) and internal customers;
• Generate and analyze reports;
A day in the life
• Extract and analyze data to identify drop-off and customer pickup expansion opportunities
• Dive deep on data to obtain insights that improve seller and customer experience
• Create and plan expansion waves for operational implementation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Transportation, Business teams) for input gathering
• Communicate with external partners (sellers, vendors) regarding network changes
• Present data-driven insights on business impacts
• Monitor operational excellence metrics
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication channels
• Handle impact assessment and risk mitigation for network changes

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Experience in logistics
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Experience in an operational role
