Lead the design and deployment of AXA's AI governance frameworks at Group level, coordinating with Business, Data, IT and 2nd Line of Defense to ensure responsible, trustworthy AI across the organization. Act as Product Owner for the Group AI Governance tool, shaping the Federated Computational AI Governance vision, managing the tool backlog and coordinating deployments across AXA entities. Drive culture change and upskilling to keep AI ethics at the heart of AXA's transformation, while advising on Generative AI, Agentic AI and AI Industrialization/MLOps within the Tech, Data & Operations Strategy. Connect with market practices and internal communities to share insights and ensure coherent communication across AI-related teams and initiatives.

Drive culture change and ensure AI ethics at the heart of our transformation. --- About the job Main missions Lead the design and evolution of AI Governance frameworks/guidelines at Group level, ensure the articulation of different existing frameworks on AI related topics, in strong collaboration with Business, Data, IT and 2nd Line of Defense professional families. Drive the deployment of responsible and trustworthy AI in AXA, through well-defined maturity framework and progress monitoring, accompany and support entities in their implementation journey. Act as Product Owner of a Group AI Governance tool, define and evolve the vision of Federated Computational AI Governance with tool enablement, manage the tool backlog, and coordinate tool deployment across AXA entities. Provide AI Governance expertise to AXA Flagships, notably: the Data & AI Academy, as SME for relevant learning content, and ensure the necessary upskilling options are available at AXA to support the expertise enhancement and culture change. the “Tech, Data & Operations Strategy” initiatives, to advise governance around Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI Industrialization/MLOps practices. Connect with market practices and internal communities working on AI (e.g., AI Research team, Data Science Community, MLOps Community) for synergies and insights, and to ensure the coherent and consistent communication across those functions or communities. Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Technical and functional skills: Deep understanding in Responsible/trustworthy AI, with at least 1-2 years experiences on AI Governance topic in the insurance value chain. Strong knowledge and proven experiences in Data Science/ML/AI/GenAI areas. Hands-on experiences with ML/AI/GenAI development are highly appreciated. Excellent Project/Product Management knowledge and skills Familiar with the Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK, from DAMA), good knowledge on Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Risk Management topics. English - Fluent in speaking and writing Soft skills Ability to communicate, mobilize and coordinate a big network of stakeholders from various backgrounds, starting at senior executive level, among 1st & 2nd Line of Defenses, across Group & entities (e.g., Business leaders, Actuaries, CDOs, Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, Architects, Security managers, DPOs, Legal, Risk managers, Public Affairs, HR). Organizational skills and rigor in execution Autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and taste for innovation Self-motivated, proactive and able to work in a complex organization Team player in a multi-cultural work environment, able to see the big picture as well as deep dive into details when necessary.
