Within the Group Underwriting Office, you will join the Property & Casualty Commercial Lines team as a Business Performance Analyst on an apprenticeship program. You will support the delivery of P&C CL business projects and initiatives, assist end-to-end business reviews, and contribute to GenAI use cases and internal communications. You will also perform financial analyses and prepare ad-hoc studies to support decision-making and growth.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Within Group Underwriting Office (GUO), you will join the Property & Casualty Commercial Lines team as Business Performance Analyst. What You’ll Do The mission of the apprentice is to assist the team as “Business Performance Analyst” on all tasks. In particular, the apprentice will be expected to: Project delivery: Support the delivery of P&C CL business projects and initiatives (e.g. Nat Cat Management, Growth and/or Profitability remediation, Partnerships, etc), ensuring their timely and effective execution in alignment with GUO and Group expectations. P&C CL Business Review: Support the P&C CL “End-to-end” business reviews, from entities selection to recommendations plan definition and closure. This includes i) the preparation of preliminary documents (based on internal and external sources) in advance of the business reviews, to support P&C Commercial Lines experts, and ii) the follow up of recommendations (owner, due date, status, evidence) to track the progress and closure of review recommendations for each entity GenAI: Contribute to the development of GenAI use cases and prepare internal communication materials (short guides, quick demos, presentations) to share progress and outcomes. Financial & Ad-hoc analysis: Support the preparation of financial analyses & deliver ad-hoc presentations and studies on P&C CL UW activities and performance to support decision-making process and business growth/profitability improvement YOUR PROFILE Who You Are You are attending a Top business or Engineering school, or a master’s program in Insurance / Actuarial You are motivated to learn about new topics, and you have a proactive and problem-solving mindset, with curiosity about GenAI and digital tools You are proficient in Excel and Powerpoint; knowledge of VBA or Microsoft PowerBi would be a plus You are comfortable working in English in a multicultural environment with diverse backgrounds and cultures You have strong values of mutual support and team spirit and are eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment We encourage you to apply even if you do not fully meet all the qualifications listed.
