Lead and develop a moderate-sized CAT & Pricing Modelling team in Wrocław, focusing on catastrophe modelling and pricing analytics. Act as escalation point for stakeholders, prepare and present performance and process reports, and ensure data quality and process adherence. Plan and monitor team development, drive process improvements, and coordinate coverage and contingency plans. Report to the local Deputy Manager and collaborate with stakeholders to drive ongoing initiatives.

Leading moderate size team of CAT & Pricing Modelling specialists Supporting the team and serving as an escalation point for stakeholders Attending stakeholder meetings to discuss teams’ performance, development plans, future transitions, proposed inventions and others Production, analysis & presentation of process and performance related reports/data Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues, preparing preventive & remediation plans, promoting First Time Right approach Ensuring processes, procedures and SLA’s are met and adhered to, and available process documentation is up to date Managing absences & holiday plans, ensuring necessary coverage is in place, preparing backup structure, contingency plans, etc. Planning and monitoring team’s and individuals’ development (also thinking out of the box) Looking for ways to continuously improve processes and proposing ideas to the relevant contacts, looking after & coordinating your team’s activity in this area Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed You will report to local Deputy Manager.
