Data & AI Value Manager leads programs focused on unlocking data and AI value within AXA Belgium's strategy. You will develop an AI value framework, monitor operational and financial KPIs, and deliver clear reporting on Data & AI initiatives to senior management and AXA Group. You will manage key data strategy programs, align with stakeholders, and support strategic analyses to inform decision-making. You work closely with the COO, Finance, business units, and the Data & AI Office, reporting to the Chief Data & AI Officer.
Data & AI Value Manager Your role As a Data & AI Value Manager, you lead several key programs focused on data and AI value within AXA Belgium’s strategy. Your focus is on building the AI value framework and supporting major data‑related strategic initiatives. You ensure smooth execution, clear reporting, and strong collaboration with the COO, Finance, and business units. You are part of the Data & AI Office, which sits within the COO department, and you report to the Chief Data & AI Officer. You work closely with the Data and AI teams. What will you do? Value creation & reporting You develop a value framework to measure and track the impact of AI. You work with Finance and the Transformation Portfolio Manager to prepare value reporting for AXA Belgium and AXA Group. You ensure that operational and financial KPIs are accurately monitored. You deliver clear, consistent reporting on Data & AI initiatives and shape the strategic narrative on the ROI of Data & AI for senior management. You maintain relationships with AXA Group on Data & AI value topics. Data Strategy You manage and lead key programs within the data strategy with the aim of increasing the value of data for the organization, ensuring close alignment with all stakeholders. You support strategic analyses related to data and AI and prepare decision‑making materials. You monitor progress, risks, and the quality of the initiatives. Who are you? You hold a master’s degree and have 5 years of relevant professional experience, including in program management, value analysis, or business‑case development. You have a strong interest or background in Data & AI. You possess strong business acumen and a good understanding of strategic or technological challenges. You communicate clearly, influence effectively, and build strong stakeholder relationships. You are proactive, pragmatic, solution‑oriented, and comfortable with change. You are bilingual Dutch/French and have excellent English skills.
