Supports the Chief AI Officer and Line Manager in AI strategy development, governance, and alignment with business goals and corporate strategy. Maintains governance artifacts, roadmaps, and documentation to ensure consistency and traceability across AI initiatives, and tracks project progress, KPIs, and ROI at the portfolio level. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, prepares presentations and dashboards, and communicates progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership. Requires strong stakeholder management, analytical mindset, and the ability to drive AI-driven value realization in a large organization.
Responsibilities: • Assist the Chief AI Officer and Line Manager in AI strategy development, documentation, and alignment with business goals and the broader corporate strategy. • Maintain governance artifacts, roadmaps, and documentation to ensure consistency and traceability across AI initiatives. • Ensure AI projects align with the organization’s strategic objectives. Project Oversight & Performance Tracking • Collaborate with the Scrum Master and project teams to monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables for AI initiatives. • Assist in group reporting, KPI tracking, and portfolio-level performance reviews. • Report on strategic value, progress, and ROI to leadership, highlighting risks, blockers, and opportunities for value realization. Financial & ROI Monitoring • Provide ROI insights, cost-benefit analysis, and value realization to support leadership decision-making. • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control at the portfolio level; flag variances and contribute to corrective actions. • Collaboration & Communication Collaboration & Communication • Act as a strong cross-functional collaborator, engaging with department heads and stakeholders from multiple functions to drive AI initiatives. • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and documentation for AI projects and strategic initiatives. • Facilitate clear, timely, and effective communication among technical teams and business units; ensure stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and strategic implications. • Promote AI-driven innovation through collaborative ideation and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. A related degree is highly desirable. • Proven experience in portfolio management, project governance, or strategic planning within large organizations. • Experience collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders in a matrixed environment. • Experience with budgeting and expense tracking for large-scale projects is advantageous. • Strong understanding of AI technologies, trends, and applications. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and with senior business leaders. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in KPI tracking, performance metrics, and ROI analysis. • Proactive problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. • Prior exposure to the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.
