Responsible for analyzing AI project data, building and maintaining dashboards, and supporting KPI/ROI analyses to inform management decisions. Supports AI strategy documentation, data governance and quality, and cross-functional stakeholder communication. Contributes to research on industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements and practical AI enablement for insurance initiatives. This role also handles data management tasks, data provisioning, security, privacy, and compliance for AI projects.

Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting • Conduct detailed analysis of AI project data, prepare reports, and support KPI tracking to evaluate project performance and outcomes. • Assist with ROI analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and value realization insights to inform management decisions. • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and regular performance reports. Strategy & Documentation Support • Assist in gathering insights and compiling documentation for AI strategy development and related reports. • Ensure data accuracy, clarity, and consistency in strategy materials and documentation. Stakeholder Collaboration • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering and communication. • Support in preparing presentations and documentation for AI initiatives and strategic updates. • Help ensure timely, clear communication across technical and business audiences. Research & Best Practices • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging AI technologies relevant to insurance. • Provide concise recommendations for continuous improvement and share practical implications with the team. Data Management Activities • Continue essential data management tasks, including data governance, data quality checks, data lineage, and data provisioning for AI projects. • Support data security, privacy, and compliance as applicable to AI initiatives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred. • 3–5 years in analytics or senior analyst roles; experience supporting AI/technology projects or related activities is advantageous. • Proficiency in data analytical and data visualization tools • Proficiency in PowerPoint; ability to create clear, compelling data-driven presentations and slides; strong storytelling and visual design to support senior leadership communications. • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset, KPI tracking ability, and ROI awareness. • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders. • Insurance or financial services background is advantageous. • Detail-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, and a collaborative team player.
