Assistant Manager, Fraud Analytics responsible for implementing data quality processes and procedures, ensuring reliable data and extracting actionable insights to improve operations and optimize resources. The role involves investigating data quality, lineage and control issues, executing cleansing and transformation tasks, and designing automated data pipelines. You will apply advanced analytical techniques including machine learning and AI, document findings and recommendations, and communicate results to stakeholders. This position is based in Noida and includes team leadership and collaboration across functions.

Key critical skills required for this role include:

  • Expertise in SQL, SAS, Data Analytics and Reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, build relationships, and present findings.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data quickly and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.

  • Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification

This role is based out of Noida.

Purpose of the role

To implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation, and optimise resources. 

Accountabilities

  • Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
  • Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
  • Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
  • Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
  • Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.

  • Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
  • Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise
