Oversees planning, design, delivery, and promotion of Binance's customer-service bot management platform (including knowledge base, chat flows, and ticket center). Leverages big data and AI to enhance CS operations, including corpus training, SOP design, assistant replies, and case summaries. Collaborates with engineering, UI/UX, and CS operations to achieve product objectives and reviews KPIs to extract insights for improvements. Requires Bachelor or above and experience in CS bot product design, with strong data analysis and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall planning, design, delivery and promotion of CS bot management platform(knowledge base, chat flow, ticket center, etc.)
- Use big data and AI to improve the working efficiency of CS operations including corpus training, SOP design, assistant reply and case summary, etc.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, and CS operations team to achieve product objectives.
- Review CS bot KPI and user cases regularly and find valuable insights to guide product improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Must have product design experience in CS bot.
- Have a good communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Process strong data analysis and user insight skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
