We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented early-career Data Analyst to support our operations and business teams, with a focus on data, business insights, and performance tracking. You will gain hands-on experience analyzing real business data, contributing to informed decision-making, and developing dashboards and routine KPI reports. Responsibilities include cleaning and organizing data, monitoring key metrics, and supporting attribution analysis to uncover factors driving changes in data.

Current university students and recent graduates
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented early-career Data Analyst to support our operations and business teams.
This role is perfect for individuals passionate about data, business insights, and performance tracking. You will gain hands-on experience analyzing real business data and contributing to informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in cleaning and organizing data to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis
- Support the preparation of routine operational reports and KPI tracking
- Monitor key metrics and help identify anomalies or unusual trends
- Contribute to basic data analysis to uncover business performance insights
- Support attribution analysis to explore potential factors driving changes in data
- Help develop dashboards and summary reports for internal stakeholders
- Assist in optimizing reporting processes and enhancing data organization for greater efficiency
Requirements:
- Current university student or recent graduate, preferably in an analytical or business-related field
- Proficient with Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
- Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus, but not required
- Strong logical thinking and keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and a proactive willingness to learn
- Interest in web3, digital platforms, or analytics is an advantage
