Binance is seeking a student or recent graduate to participate in its Accelerator Program as a Data Scientist focused on AI/LLM. You will design and integrate AI agents into live systems, help build benchmark datasets, and prototype AI agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks. You will collaborate with senior engineers on system design, integration, and deployment, gaining hands-on experience in a rapidly expanding Web3 space. The role targets early-career talent with a focus on learning and developing transferable skills while contributing to real-world AI-powered tools.

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who may apply
Current university students and recent graduates
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of AI agents integrated into live systems.
- Help build and maintain benchmark datasets to evaluate AI performance.
- Design, prototype, and iterate AI agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers on system design, integration, and deployment.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with LLM application development, including prompt engineering, RAG. Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) is a strong plus.
- Strong programming fundamentals and experience with Python.
- Interest in AI, data-driven systems, and building tools for real-world applications.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to commit at least for a 6 months tenure, 5 days per week.
