Binance is seeking a Central PMO to govern performance and drive analytics-driven decision making across the business. The role covers governance & performance management, analytics, insights and reporting, competitive research with AI tools, and leading high-impact projects including AI-driven initiatives to boost efficiency and innovation. You will partner with Finance, Analytics and Data teams to automate regular reports, deliver AI-enhanced forecasting, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
- Governance & Performance Management:
- Maintain an efficient management cadence for accountability and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance, Analytics. Identify and communicate opportunities and risks to business leaders, including those revealed through AI-powered predictive analytics.
- Analytics, Insights and Reporting:
- Work with Data Analytics and AI teams to understand the business and generate strategic insights. Automate regular reports for senior management incorporating AI-enhanced data visualization and forecasting.
- Industry & Competition:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive research, utilizing AI tools for real-time market intelligence and sentiment analysis.
- Develop and drive competitive strategies informed by AI-generated insights and scenario modeling.
- Special Projects:
- Lead task forces and manage high-impact, high-priority projects, including AI-driven initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business innovation.
Requirements
- Experience in finance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills.
- Ability to build strong cross functional relationships - communications and engaging with internal stakeholders of various levels is key.
- Project and change management experience.
- Experience in and understanding of financial and blockchain trading business a plus.
- MBA, BA, or BS from top university.
