Binance is seeking a Global Head of AI to architect and lead the intelligence layer across its crypto ecosystem. You will drive R&D and deployment of LLMs, recommender systems, multi-agent frameworks, and generative AI, creating adaptive and trustworthy AI systems for millions globally. Define how AI and Web3 merge, including identity, creativity, and ownership in a new data economy. This role can be based in APAC or UAE and remote.

The Mission
As Binance’s Global Head of AI, you will architect and lead the intelligence layer of the world’s largest crypto ecosystem.
You’ll drive cutting-edge R&D and real-world deployment of LLMs, recommender systems, multi-agent frameworks, and generative AI — creating adaptive, trustworthy, and creative AI systems that empower millions globally.
You will define how AI and Web3 merge — where identity, creativity, and ownership coexist in a new data economy.
This position will be based in APAC or UAE and work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale Binance’s AI and Algorithm organization — a cross-disciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and product innovators.
- Define and execute the AI strategy, uniting personalisation, generative agents, and Web3 intelligence into a cohesive product vision.
- Drive end-to-end innovation in three strategic areas:
- Foster collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams to translate breakthrough models into scalable, production-grade systems.
- Attract, grow, and inspire world-class AI talent across research, engineering, and product — building a global center of excellence.
Personalized Binance: Deliver intelligent onboarding, dynamic trading guidance, community discovery, and personalized learning journeys — powered by large-scale behavioral and contextual models.
AI-Native Support Ecosystem: Build next-generation AI customer service systems — self-learning, multilingual, and empathetic — serving millions with zero friction.
AI × Web3 Frontier: Pioneer AI-generated meme economies, agent-driven DeFi, and personalized crypto narratives — turning cultural energy into financial participation.
Who You Are:
- A proven AI leader with deep experience building and scaling high-impact AI/ML or LLM teams.
- A hands-on technical strategist — equally fluent in model design, architecture decisions, and product outcomes.
- A builder of AI products at scale, with experience in personalisation, recommendation, natural language systems, or agentic architectures.
- An entrepreneurial thinker passionate about open systems, blockchain, and the emerging data ownership economy.
- A visionary storyteller who can inspire across disciplines — from deep research to product, engineering, and executive leadership.
- Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, or crypto/Web3 ecosystems is a strong plus.
