Identify, assess, and mitigate risks for listed tokens by implementing risk control frameworks to ensure project and operational security. Conduct root cause analysis using on-chain and off-chain analytics to investigate incidents and deliver data-driven solutions. Manage project requests from external partners (e.g., rebranding, token swaps, mainnet integration, airdrops) and handle operational requests (e.g., legal agreements, risk control systems, bot enhancements). Oversee project implementation to ensure successful delivery, including stakeholder management and adherence to SOP stages, and continuously optimize structures and processes to improve request management and execution.

Responsibilities

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks for listed tokens by implementing risk control frameworks to ensure project and operational security.
Conduct root cause analysis using both on-chain and off-chain analytics to investigate incidents and deliver data-driven solutions.
Manage project requests from external partners (e.g., rebranding, token swaps, mainnet integration, airdrops).
Handle operational requests (e.g., legal agreements, risk control systems, bot enhancements).
Oversee project implementation to ensure successful delivery, including stakeholder management and adherence to SOP stages.
Optimize structures and processes to improve request management and execution.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with on-chain data analysis and a strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and tokenomics.
Proficient in data querying languages such as SQL and Python, and experienced with analytics tools like Dune, Flipside, and Nansen.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and effective teamwork.
High level of integrity, ownership, and resilience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
