Binance is seeking a Technology Project Manager to drive fast execution of strategic technology initiatives aligned with the CTO priorities and accelerate organization-wide AI adoption and innovation. You will lead Agile delivery across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams, own end-to-end project execution, unblock teams, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable impact. You will align stakeholders and maintain a strong execution rhythm in a fast-paced environment, helping to cultivate an ownership-driven, innovation-focused engineering culture.

Responsibilities
- Drive fast execution of strategic technology initiatives aligned with CTO priorities
- Lead Agile delivery across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams
- Accelerate organization-wide AI adoption and innovation initiatives
- Own project execution end-to-end — unblock teams, manage dependencies, and deliver impact
- Align stakeholders and maintain strong execution rhythm in a fast-paced environment
- Help build a high-ownership, innovation-driven engineering culture
Requirements
- Profile/background
- 6–10 years in technical project/program management or engineering roles
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on understanding of software development
- Experience in fast-moving tech, fintech, AI, or crypto environments preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution bias
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and operating under pressure
- Curious, adaptive, and passionate about emerging technologies and continuous learning
- Skill set
