BNP Paribas Cardif continues to take a decisive step in our digital evolution, and we are looking for a Director to lead the transformation based on data and advanced technology. This role will be key to turning analytics and AI into true enablers of the business, driving strategic decisions, operational efficiency, product innovation, and a better experience for our partners and clients. 
 
Role Objective:
Lead the company's Analytics team from both a technical and functional perspective, thereby evaluating the real impact of analytical models on each of the company's partners. Likewise, anticipate inconsistencies or failures in the models to ensure their correct execution. Actively participate in decision-making for managing Artificial Intelligence and its involvement in projects both toward the partner and the Headquarters.

Some responsibilities:
 - Prepare analysis of information required for the development of assigned projects
 - Develop descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models
 - Deploy the developed models
 - Create analytics products from the proposal and business understanding to the deployment and management of value products for Cardif through the development of advanced analytics
 - Alert of possible inconsistencies or failures in the assigned models

 Professional profile
Professionals in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics or related fields. Must have a postgraduate degree focused on Analytics and/or Artificial Intelligence, knowledge in Generative AI, Programming language Python/SQL.
Important to have the ability to manage levels of information and apply statistical methods for quantitative and qualitative analysis, construction of systems and mathematical models for strategic decision making.
