Responsible for shaping AI strategy with clients, building and guiding programs, and delivering measurable outcomes while optimizing costs and margins.

Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead AI initiatives by engaging client and managing , AI/ML ,, and GenAI engineering teams. This role will be pivotal in scaling AI capabilities, optimizing delivery models, and driving strategic transformation programs aligned with our 2026 vision for the customer. This is a customer facing role. Facilitate learning and development among employees through individual and team coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging customer and providing inputs to shape AI strategy
  • Building teams based on the AI Strategy and lead the programs to deliver outcomes
    • Strategic Leadership:
      • Help customer build AI strategy and lead the transition of traditional AI/GenAI and AI engineering work to India under the GCC initiative.
    • People Management:
      • Build and manage high-performing teams (~45–50 resources across Bangalore and Hyderabad).
      • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Operational Excellence:
      • Optimize pyramid structure and improve Contribution Margin% .
      • Ensure delivery under fixed rate card model with maximum leverage from India.
    • Innovation & Transformation:
      • Lead big bets in Agentic AI, centralized Data & AI COE, and enterprise transformation programs.
      • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational goals.
    • Governance & Reporting:
      • Define KPIs, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in AI/ML and Analytics
  • Proven track record in scaling AI teams and delivering large transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, Agentic AI and GenAI technologies.
  • Experience in managing fixed rate card delivery models and optimizing cost structures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Primary Skills

  • Exposure to Agentic AI and advanced AI architectures
  • Data engineering exposure desired but not mandatory
  • Ability to build and lead Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
