Oversee AI engagement delivery for Capgemini clients, ensuring engagements are properly resourced and staffed, and that delivery management processes and governance are in place. Manage financials, including ETC/EAC forecasts, invoices, and contract change control, while maintaining realistic end-date plans and risk registers. Lead and coordinate the engagement team, communicate status and opportunities, and resolve conflicts. Requires strong AI/ML expertise (LLMs, transformers), cloud and on-prem deployments, and proven delivery leadership.

Job Description

Main Delivery responsibilities
• Ensure engagements are suitably resourced to execute contracted commitments; ensure approved staff are appointed to defined roles
• Establish and operate the required Delivery Management processes, regimes and rituals (including but not limited to the suitable adoption of UPM/USM)
• Maintain commercial adherence and rigor across the engagement through a contract change process (including audit trail regime)
• Maintain an accurate and realistic plan to the end of the contracted obligation/estimated completion date, to a suitable level of detail
• Include Gant and Risk/Issue register
• Ensure Estimates To Complete (ETC), Estimate At Completion (EAC) and DVI are accurately forecast in line with defined finance principles
• Ensure invoices are timely, accurate and paid
• Communicate to the team about status, issues and opportunities in a balanced way, brokering/negotiating where conflicts arise
• Organize and steer the engagement team

Job Description - Grade Specific

Required skills and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical fields. (Master’s degree is preferred).
• EM Certification (minimum foundation level or adequate higher level according to engagement complexity)
• Proven track record in operational management and in project delivery
• Ability to manage customer crisis
• Communication and people management skills
• Problem solving skills
• Technical expertise in AI and machine learning, particularly in building and deploying LLMs and transformers.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises deployments, focusing on scalability and security of AI deployments.
• Strong knowledge of in-context learning, fine-tuning, zero-shot learning, few-shot learning, and prompting techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
