As Data Growth Lead, you will shape and execute a go-to-market across Data, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation to build a multi-million dollar Data & AI business in the Asia-Pacific region with potential to scale to a billion-dollar portfolio. You will own regional GTM strategy, drive program and portfolio delivery with measurable KPIs for revenue, margin, and client success, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure customer-centric, future-ready solutions. You will own regional account growth, develop new enterprise relationships, and lead demand generation, forecasting, and renewals, while strengthening ecosystem partnerships with Microsoft, Google, AWS, and others. This role requires autonomy, strategic influence, and the ability to drive change across complex org structures.

Job Description

Role Overview -

We are seeking a highly driven and visionary leader with a growth mindset who can shape and execute a compelling strategy across Data, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation domains. The ideal candidate is not only a strategic thinker but also a pragmatic executor, capable of converting vision into tangible business results - be it bookings, revenue, margin, or industry recognition.

You will be responsible for building and expanding a multi-million dollar data and AI business in the Asia-Pacific region, leveraging strong regional foundations to potentially scale to a billion-dollar portfolio. This is a high-impact role demanding autonomy, agility, and the ability to drive change across complex organizational matrices.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution
Articulate and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Data & AI offerings across key APAC industries (FSI, Telco, Energy, Public Sector).
Translate strategic priorities into executable programs, with measurable KPIs for revenue, contribution margin, and client success.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions are customer-centric, future-ready, and meet client transformation objectives.

Programme & Portfolio Management
Lead program strategy and execution across interdependent projects within key client accounts.
Drive alignment of technology programs with account strategies, ensuring value realization against client goals.
Ensure adherence to delivery excellence, agile best practices, and risk controls across engagements.

Client & Account Management
Own regional account growth - manage existing accounts to ensure consistent YoY growth or retention.
Identify, prospect, and develop new enterprise accounts across the APAC region.
Build deep client relationships by coordinating proposals, budgets, service contracts, and commercial negotiations.
Act as a strategic advisor to CXOs on data modernization, GenAI, cloud migration, data platforms, and regulatory compliance.

Business Development & Pipeline Ownership
Drive demand generation by identifying whitespace opportunities, creating winning pursuit strategies, and developing value propositions.
Provide accurate and timely forecasts on revenue goals and market expansion, reporting to the Regional Sales Leader.
Ensure full contract utilization and compliance across accounts, with focus on renewals and cross-sell/up-sell.

Regional Market Engagement
Represent the firm at industry forums, conferences, analyst briefings, and customer events.
Strengthen ecosystem partnerships (e.g., Microsoft, Google, AWS, Databricks, Informatica) to unlock joint go-to-market value.
Drive awareness through regional marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and client showcases.

Stakeholder & Change Management
Drive stakeholder buy-in on transformation initiatives - from scoping to delivery - with internal and client executives.
Decompose complex client requirements into clear deliverables (e.g., Epics, User Stories) for agile technology teams.
Influence without authority across functional teams to drive change, navigate resistance, and accelerate adoption.

Key Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Data, AI, or Digital consulting - including client partner, sales, or program delivery leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in scaling business in Asia-Pacific or emerging markets.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud data platforms, data governance, analytics, and industry use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, manage executive-level client relationships, and influence large-scale transformation.
  • Experience managing multi-year, multi-country digital programs with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal guidance.
