Emphasis on NLU/embeddings, agent frameworks, and autonomous workflows, with collaboration across teams.

Job Description

Required Skills

Experience in AI/ML, Applied Data Science, or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI, Async frameworks preferred).
Strong experience with Git, GitHub workflows, and collaborative development.
Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, etc.) RAG pipelines, and embeddings.
Proficient in LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
Experience building AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems.
Strong understanding of software scalability, distributed systems, and enterprise patterns.
Practical knowledge of Azure cloud services or other major cloud providers.
Familiar with Docker, APIs, microservices, and REST/GraphQL integrations.
Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring tools, and production workflows.

Desired skills

Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for agent-based tooling.
Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and enterprise data platforms.
Experiment tracking (MLflow), vector databases (Pinecone/FAISS), or Neo4j.
Experience with autonomous workflow tools like n8n, Airflow, or Temporal.
