Your Role

  • As the Agentic and Generative AI Governance & Oversight Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive governance framework that ensures the ethical, secure, and compliant deployment of AI technologies across the organization.
  • This role is central to managing operational AI activities, with a particular focus on Agentic AI systems, which require heightened oversight due to their autonomous nature.
  • You will lead the development of scalable, policy-driven compliance programs that align with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Your work will safeguard against risks such as bias, privacy violations, and non-compliance, while promoting transparency and accountability in AI decision-making.
  • Additionally, you will manage the lifecycle of AI agents and partner assets, maintaining a robust catalogue of deployments and reusable design patterns.
  • Your leadership will ensure that AI initiatives are not only technically sound but also legally and ethically responsible.

Your Profile

  • Primary Skills: Requires overall 12+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years of hands on experience in Generative and Agentic AI technologies, compliance, risk management, auditing, legal, or consulting, with a focus on AI, data privacy, and technology.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing technology and service asset catalogues.
  • Expertise in compliance program management, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
  • Ability to identify risks and develop innovative, actionable solutions.
  • Understanding of the Agentic AI development lifecycle, including deployment automation and workflow optimization.
