Your Role
Capgemini Invent is looking for candidates who have the right mix of Domain & Management experience to join our Data-driven FRC Pre-Sales track.
The role will require the following:
- Lead pre‑sales activities, manage client communication, understand business needs, and present end‑to‑end solution capabilities.
- Prepare proposals, pitches, RFQ/RFP responses, and deliver high‑quality demos, PoCs, and client engagement experiences.
- Execute model validation, stress testing, benchmarking, performance monitoring, and maintain detailed regulatory‑aligned documentation.
- Share validation insights with stakeholders, stay updated on industry trends, and take on client‑facing advisory or delivery roles.
Your profile
- Relevant experience in financial services within consulting, risk analytics, or model risk management, with strong derivatives knowledge across asset classes and associated valuation models.
- Familiarity with banking and regulatory frameworks (SR 11‑7, SS 1/23, CCAR/DFAST, IRB, FRTB) and exposure to major Risk Management platform configuration or implementation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to address client pain points, create quick prototypes/PoCs, and thrive in customer‑facing roles.
- High aptitude with strong problem‑solving abilities, quick technology grasp, and capability to drive execution efficiently.
