This is a unique opportunity within the Insights & Data (I&D) Global Business Line (GBL) to help build the AI business in Malaysia. You will help our customers with their AI journey.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with hands-on experience supporting GenAI/LLM-enabled projects. You will guide Agile teams building AI-driven capabilities such as copilots, automation agents, knowledge assistants, predictive models, and workflow intelligence enhancements.

Your Role

This role requires strong Agile delivery leadership combined with familiarity with the unique demands of AI/ML and GenAI development cycles.
You will coach teams, remove impediments, ensure disciplined delivery, drive continuous improvement, and partner closely with Product Owners, Data/AI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Delivery & Team Facilitation: Lead agile ceremonies, manage team cadence, and remove delivery blockers.
• GenAI Project Delivery: Support LLM-based solution delivery, streamline AI development workflows, and collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, MLOps, Cloud teams, and domain SMEs.
• Coaching & Continuous Improvement: Drive agile maturity, foster continuous learning, and improve delivery processes.
• Risk, Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to delivery controls, governance frameworks, and AI‑related risk standards.
• Stakeholder & Product Collaboration: Partner with product owners and stakeholders; deliver sprint dashboards and enable data‑driven decisions.
• Scaled Agile (If Applicable): Coordinate across teams and contribute to ART-level planning and execution.

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.
• Hands on involvement in AI/ML or GenAI delivery initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, tools, and practices.
• Proven ability to facilitate cross functional teams across engineering, data, AI, UX, and product.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
• Certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe SSM, PMI ACP, ICAgile.
• Exposure to LLM workflows (prompting, RAG, evaluation, monitoring) and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Industry experience in banking, wealth management, insurance, or enterprise tech.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, GitHub, and model evaluation tools.
