What will you be doing?

As a Technology Enablement Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging advanced technology with real-world business solutions. Your mission is to empower internal teams and clients by implementing tools, methodologies, and best practices that drive efficiency, accelerate growth, and deliver superior experiences.

You will collaborate across multiple business verticals, supporting ongoing solutions and models to maximize value from available capabilities. A key focus will be enabling clients to adopt advanced platforms through optimized reporting, automation, and tailored templates. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help design and implement automated analyses using the latest analytics offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Drive technology adoption across business functions.
Translate client needs into actionable tech solutions leveraging analytics and reporting tools.
Partner with internal teams to integrate new technologies into workflows.
Develop impactful reports, templates, and dashboards that accelerate adoption and deliver measurable results.
Act as a technology ambassador, educating stakeholders on emerging tools and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization to enhance speed-to-insight and business value.
Monitor solution usage, measure impact, and share success stories.
Escalate needs or issues promptly to ensure resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or Marketing; advanced degree is a plus.
Additional certifications in Data Science, Data Technology, or Computer Science are highly desirable.
3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or analytics within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or related industries.
Experience with syndicated data solutions and market research.
Proficiency in advanced analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Bilingual proficiency: High level of English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of market dynamics and consumer behavior is preferred.
