We are in the process of building a team that creates AI-enabled capabilities, develops innovative solutions for process automation, and delivers significant value to the business using a “build once – use many times” approach. Our diverse team is spread across multiple locations, including Lithuania, Denmark, Finland, and India. You will collaborate closely with other squads within the tribe, stakeholders from different tribes and business units, as well as external vendors and partners.

This is your chance to drive innovation at the intersection of workflow, automation, and AI, while working alongside a talented team of developers, analysts, UX designers, and architects.

You will:

• Develop and implement AI-powered tools and solutions for workflow and process automation
• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable AI tailored to workflow and task automation challenges
• Drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities into our workflow automation platform, ensuring seamless performance and user experience
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality, speed, scalability of our Camunda-based platform
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our workflow automation platform
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI and apply them to solve complex business challenges

About you:

• Proven experience in AI development, with strong programming skills in Python or similar
• Familiar with deployment infrastructures (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Strong problem solving skills, and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• A proactive mindset, with a focus on learning and contributing to innovative projects
• Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Degree in computer science (or a related field)

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4560 EUR to 6840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
