Job Title: FX Quant analyst, AS

Location: Mumbai, India

Role Description

• HausFX/Workflow Solutions – Workflow Solutions (WFS) is a global team that looks after Execution Services and Workflow Automation businesses that straddle Foreign Exchange at Deutsche Bank.
• We are looking for a motivated team member to assist us deliver client solutions to help clients manage their FX risk.
• The successful candidate will contribute to the team by helping global team in devising structured solutions and help in managing Marketing Collateral for the desk globally.

Your key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage comprehensive inventories of structured product offerings, associated benchmarks, and pricing models.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely distribution to relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making and pipeline forecasting.
• Gathering performance data, compliance documentation, and other relevant information to adhere to governance standards.
• Develop, maintain, and generate regular and ad-hoc Management Information Systems reports related to structured solutions, with a specific focus on pipeline management.
• Assist global team with preparing pitchbooks, Marketing material and collateral for global clients. This will also include assisting team in developing models and trade ideas to be presented to the client.
• Track key metrics from a governance perspective, including but not limited to deal pipeline status, product performance, risk exposures, and revenue contribution.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing workflows, improve data accuracy, and streamline processes related to solution structuring and execution.
• Act as a central point of contact for information flow between structuring, sales, legal, compliance, risk, operations, and technology teams to ensure alignment and efficient process execution.

Your skills and experience

• Requires a numeric, very detail oriented and vigilant individual
• Experience in FX markets, treasury, or trading support a plus as would be any experience in data science related projects.
• Advanced Level Excel Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a proactive, innovative mindset, and a professional attitude ready to take on further tasks on a regional level
• Ability to make decisions, influence and drive others and work in co-operative manner and find resolutions to potential conflict.
• Ability to interact with people from different business/disciplines acting consistently throughout the organization
• Flexible mindset to work in a challenging and rapidly changing business environment
