As enterprises move toward agentic architectures where humans and AI agents collaborate, the agreement lifecycle must evolve alongside them. We are looking for an innovator to drive this transformation with our System Integrator (GSI) partners across global markets. As an AI Partner Solution Architect, you will design reference architectures and enable partners to deliver agreement-native agentic solutions. In this hands-on advisory role, you will guide partner teams through workflow orchestration and shape how the industry thinks about agreements in the agentic era. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Solution Architects. Responsibility Design reference architectures that guide partners in integrating Docusign IAM with platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, SAP Joule, Microsoft Copilot, and Frontier firm architectures Advise partners on proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate human-agent collaboration across agreement workflows Create reference accelerators and framework blueprints that enable partners to achieve faster time-to-value for IAM implementations Lead hands-on technical workshops with SI partners to build deep IAM and agentic AI competency Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for partner consultants, enabling them to articulate and deliver customer business outcomes Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on partner-built solutions to ensure quality and alignment with IAM best practices Build and deliver compelling demos showcasing the IAM platform's value across industry verticals including Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Technology Assist partners in crafting RFP responses and solution proposals that maximise customer value from IAM investments Create technical thought leadership content including solution briefs, reference architectures, blogs, videos, and whiteboards Organize and guide hackathons with partners, providing technical direction and architectural oversight to rapidly validate new solution patterns Stay ahead of the evolving AI landscape and translate emerging capabilities into practical agreement workflow solutions Contribute to Docusign's internal AI adoption and help scale best practices across the Partner Solution Architecture team Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic 8+ years of experience in a partner-facing or pre-sales solution architecture role, selling and implementing SaaS solutions Hands-on experience designing and developing agentic AI solutions, including working with agent orchestration frameworks, LLM integrations, and tool-calling architectures (MCP, function calling, or equivalent) 5+ years of experience with enterprise agreement, procurement, or legal technology solutions Demonstrated ability to advise and enable partner technical teams on solution design and implementation by providing architectural guidance and reviewing partner-built solutions to drive quality outcomes BE/MS degree or equivalent relevant work experience Preferred Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and workflow automation Experience with agentic platforms: Salesforce Agentforce, SAP Joule, Microsoft Copilot Studio, ServiceNow Now Assist, or similar ERP and enterprise platform experience: SAP Ariba, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday AI/ML foundation: Familiarity with LLMs, RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and context design principles Proven consulting experience leading digital transformation initiatives at scale Proficiency in building and delivering demos for industry use cases in Financial Services or Healthcare & Life Sciences Experience with technical business documentation including workf
