Senior Data Analyst at Docusign focused on turning data into actionable insights for Field Sales and Customer Success. You will identify trends, build executive-ready dashboards, and communicate analytics-driven insights to diverse audiences while improving data quality and internal adoption. You will partner with Product Managers to develop predictive models, KPIs, and AI-driven insights, leveraging SQL and AI-assisted platforms to drive growth and data democratization. This is a hybrid role requiring collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to accelerate decision-making.

What you'll do As a Senior Data Analyst, you are deeply curious about data and passionate about storytelling, with a strong ability to identify trends and patterns using analytics tools and methodologies. You are comfortable presenting analytics-driven insights to diverse audiences and tailoring messages based on technical aptitude. In this role, you will support top-line growth and retention metrics across Docusign by improving data quality, driving internal adoption, and delivering high-impact analysis for Field Sales. You will build clear, compelling data narratives that help executives understand opportunities and accelerate decision-making, while collaborating closely with our Field Teams, including Sales and Customer Success to translate data needs into actionable insights. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management. Responsibility Act as a data champion, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement by identifying new opportunities to leverage data for business growth and operational excellence Provide data-driven support for escalations and enhancement requests by quantifying impact and prioritizing interventions Leverage advanced analytics and hands-on experience with AI tools to streamline data analysis, automate reporting, and accelerate business decision-making for sales and executive stakeholders Explore large-scale datasets using SQL and AI-assisted analytics platforms to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and solve complex business problems Partner with Product managers to build predictive models, KPIs and AI-driven insights to drive improved analytics and data democratization across Docusign Develop executive-ready dashboards and visualizations to communicate customer health & usage, and strategic opportunities for our Account Teams to drive growth Drive AI-enabled automation, self-service analytics, and data governance to improve efficiency, scalability, and insight quality Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. What you bring Basic Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in customer success, GTM, or sales role supporting internal teams Proven expertise navigating Tableau, Salesforce and Snowflake Experience using AI models and tools to streamline data analytics and generate insights Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets Solid functional understanding of sales lifecycle with background in SaaS Strong analytical mindset and a passion for extracting meaningful insights Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner Preferred Knowledge in subscription business model Excellent written and verbal communication skills Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
