Job Title: AI Solutions EngineerJob Description:We are seeking highly talented individuals with a strong background in Python programming and experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). The ideal candidates will possess robust SQL capabilities and a passion for learning the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, including Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, identifying how AI can be leveraged to address these challenges.Design and develop customized AI solutions that align with the specific requirements of the client's industry and business goals.Deploy AI solutions into production environments, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.Fine-tune models and algorithms to enhance performance and reduce computational costs.Create Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to demonstrate feasibility and showcase the art of the possible.Advise clients on scaling AI solutions across their organization, including infrastructure considerations and best practices.Ensure that AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, addressing potential biases and compliance issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.).Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, applying new techniques to improve existing models.Assist in crafting RFP responses and participate in oral presentations.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent), preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.Proficiency in Python programming, leveraging libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.Experience in statistical and data analysis using Python libraries and advanced SQL.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Minimum of 4-8 years of software development experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and lead diverse groups.Nice to have skills:Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Model-Centric Programming.Exposure to microservices development.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for streamlined model deployment.Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices.Awareness of trusted AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability.
