Risk Senior Manager – Technology Innovation
As a Risk and Compliance leader, you will protect our customers and associates by partnering with the business to identify risks and design innovative, technology driven solutions that enhance controls and scalability. You will foster a strong risk and compliance mindset while driving forward thinking approaches to emerging challenges. In addition, you will leverage data analytics and advanced technologies—collaborating with our Risk Data Analytics CoE to identify emerging risks, enhance continuous monitoring, and explore AI and automation tools to transform how we operate.
The Businesses We Support
This role supports Fidelity Fund Investment Operations (FFIO), Corporate Services & Global Risk, and Enterprise Resiliency. FFIO groups include Fund Operations, Fund Administration, Global Middle Office, Global Product Solutions, Consolidated Data Services, and Performance, Analytics & Digital Operations. The Risk Senior Manager Technology Strategist will also help implement and drive strategy as it relates to metrics, data analytics, and risk management efficiency tools. Corporate Services functions include HR, Real Estate, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, and Tax.
The Expertise You Have
· Bachelors’ Degree required
· 7+ years’ industry experience including Audit, Risk Management, and/or technology innovation
· Help define and drive FFIO Risk’s technology transformation roadmap that aligns with business objectives
· Establish frameworks for prioritizing and managing FFIO Risk’s automation-related initiatives
· Assess and recommend adoption of new technologies (e.g., AI, Power Apps, automation) to be leveraged by Risk
· Knowledge and experience of building solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, Python, APIs and other light automation tools preferred
· Proven track record of leading complex initiatives across global teams
· Ability to guide product development processes from a risk lens
· Demonstrated leadership and influence across cross-functional teams
· Ensure new technologies meet Firm and operational standards
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems

· Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and impactfully
· Sound Judgment – ability to make insightful decisions and action recommendations by analyzing opportunities, risks, and their impacts
· Presentation and Writing Skills – ability to develop and deliver formal and informal presentations to a variety of audiences

The base salary range for this position is $89,000-180,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
